Orders are shipped within 24 hours on working days. Once posted:

• USA and Australia: 3–6 business days
• New Zealand: 5–8 business days
• International (all other countries): 8–16 business days

To make it quick and easy, we ship from two locations:

1. TN, USA (for USA and International orders)

2. Australia — for New Zealand and Australian orders

International: most international orders (outside of the USA, NZ & Aus) ship seamlessly via our international shipping option (Passport shipping), which takes the hassle out of taxes, duties and customs clearance, as these are included in the cost at checkout.
